Your memories

Your people, ages, plans, ideas, notes, memory photos, and recordings are saved on your device. There is no manymore account, advertising, or analytics. We do not receive your memory entries. Ideas with several people stay on your phone; they are not sent to those people.

Photos and voice

You choose which photos the app can access. Face references and photo matches stay on your phone. Saved memory photos are smaller copies without image metadata. Your original photos are not changed.

On supported devices and iOS versions, speech and summary models can make text and clips on your device. Setup can download a model. Audio is not sent to a cloud transcription or summary service. If processing is unavailable, your recording stays saved.

Internet calls

LiveKit connects callers with end-to-end encrypted audio. Apple verifies requests from the app. Cloudflare handles call links, device verification, and call limits. These services handle connection metadata. The call service stores a device public key and usage records. Names, memory content, and the audio encryption key are not sent to the call API.

Both callers must agree before recording starts. Recordings, transcripts, and clips stay on the recording iPhone. Recording stops if consent is withdrawn or the connection changes. A call link contains a private access code and an encryption key. Share it only with the person you want to call.

Reminders, calendar, and widgets

Reminders are optional local notifications. The app adds a calendar event only when you confirm it in the system editor. Your calendar provider then handles that event. Widgets use a local file shared with the app. If you enable photo widgets, anyone who can see your Home Screen can see the chosen photo.

Sharing and invitation links

You choose when and where to share a plan or memory. Shared memory cards include photos, a name, and a date. They do not include voice recordings or transcripts. Shared copies follow the rules of the app or service you send them to.

If you create a plan reply link, the selected plan title, date, time zone, duration, place, and message are sent to the invitation service. Anyone with the link can view the plan and reply. The link expires 30 days after the plan, or you can revoke it in the app. Memory photos and ages are not sent. Replies do not verify a person's identity.

Estimates and location

Your iPhone region supplies the first country choice. You can change it. The app does not request your location. Life tables are included in the app, and your entries are not sent to data providers. The numbers are planning estimates, not predictions of anyone’s life.

Backups and deletion

App data stays on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Device backups follow your Apple settings and can contain saved memories and recordings. Temporary recordings and face indexes are excluded from device backup. manymore does not provide its own cloud backup or device sync.

Use Settings → Delete all data, or delete a person or memory in the app. This does not remove original photos, calendar events, device backups, or copies you shared. If you have saved invitation links, deleting all data first revokes those links and needs an internet connection. Removing the app alone does not revoke hosted links.
