A little help.

Tell us what happened and what you expected. Include your app version and iOS version if you can. Only send photos or personal details if you want us to see them.

Your saved memories

Your people, plans, ideas, photos, and recordings are saved on your device. They do not sync to other devices or to the people you add. Before you replace or reset your phone, make a device backup and check that manymore is included.

Sharing a memory creates a separate photo card. It does not include voice recordings or transcripts. A shared card cannot restore all your app data.

Photos and voice notes

You choose which photos manymore can access. Find photo memories checks the photo library you allow. Face matching stays on your device. Your original photos are not changed.

Voice recording needs microphone permission. Text and clips need a supported device and iOS version. Speech setup can download a model; it does not send your recording to a cloud transcription service. If text processing is unavailable, your recording stays saved.

Internet calls

Open the shared call link and tap Join call. Allow microphone access when asked. The call page has short instructions for iPhone and Android if the microphone is blocked. Both callers must agree before recording starts.

Reminders

Check Settings → Notifications in manymore. Notification permission and Focus settings can affect which reminders appear on your phone.

Delete your data

Use Settings → Delete all data to remove your people, plans, ideas, memories, saved photos, recordings, and app settings. This does not remove original photos, calendar events, device backups, or copies you shared.
